Check your order status by order number or select "view all orders" to see all orders placed in the last 6 months.


Tracking Your Order  

When your order has  shipped, a FedEx tracking number will be sent via email.

Shipping and Delivery

AgaveDenimOutlet.com proudly offers free FedEx ground shipping in the continental USA.  (excluding Alaska & Hawaii).

  • Upon checkout you may upgrade your shipping for an additional fee.
  • Orders are typically processed within  24 hours (Monday - Friday).
  • Overnight orders must be submitted Monday through Friday by 11:00 a.m. PST (excluding holidays).
  • Overnight orders placed on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
  • Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will be processed the following Monday.     ~holidays excluded.

Please note: International shipments are subject to all applicable customs costs, taxes and restrictions.

  • Free Fed EX Home Delivery - Guaranteed day-definite delivery to every address in the U.S. 50 states.

  • For orders shipped outside the United States, the billing and shipping address must be the same. Shipping will be provided via your choice of UPS or USPS. Please use a valid street address, as we cannot ship to a PO or APO boxes. International orders are not guaranteed.to ship the next business day because additional verification is often necessary. UPS and the USPS state that most shipments are delivered within 4-5 business days. However, some shipments may take up to 3 weeks to arrive. Please allow time for your package to clear customs. This may take from a couple of days to several weeks.


We are able to ship to countries other than those listed above.

International shipping fees range from $35 - $170 USD, depending on the country you live in, the shipping service you select, and the weight of your package. If you exchange an item, you will be responsible for shipping charges that apply to the reshipment of the item.


Customs Duties and Other Fees

Please note that shipping charges do not include taxes or duty. The customer is solely responsible for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees that his/her country may impose to take delivery of his/her order. In order to comply with export regulations, we are required by U.S. law to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise." Declaring less than the true value is both a violation of American law and the laws of most other countries. In addition, we could lose the right to export to your country should it ever be discovered that we were misrepresenting the value. Because we are a retailer, we are prohibited by law from marking your order as "gift," even if the order is intended as a gift by its recipient. Call your local customs office for details about these charges.

Returns   

If you are not satisfied with your purchase:
  • All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number.  Call 1-877-884-1222 or E-mail us Service@AgaveDenimOutlet.com.  Also request a Return ship label.
  • All returns must in our warehouse within 30 days of purchase.
  • The merchandise must be in its original condition with the original tags.  Any and all items that have been worn or washed are not eligible for return or credit.
  • We are not responsible for damages that occur during care of an item, such as dry cleaning, washing or general wear.
  • All returns must be unaltered and in like new condition with original tags attached.
  • No Cash refunds, AgaveDenimOutlet.COM web-credit only.

No returns on SALE items.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for another color or size, call us toll free 1-877-884-1222 or E-mail Service@AgaveDenimOutlet.com.  If we have the item, we will hold it for you until your return is received. 


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, you must notify us via email within 14 business days of receiving the merchandise.  Please keep the original box and packaging materials in the case of damage.  A replacement will be sent, if available, upon receipt - as long as it hasn't been used, worn or washed.  All tags must remain attached.

All  returned items are subject to inspection and must be in like new condition with tags attached to be accepted.

 

 
Return Packages:
  • Please include the RA # and use the return ship label.
  • Package your return carefully, as we cannot return or exchange items that arrive damaged due to poor packaging.
  • Please allow 10 to 14 days to process your return .
 
International Returns
The customer is responsible for all duties or taxes. If you return an item or refuse an item and we are charged a tax, that duty or tax amount will be deducted from your order total before we credit your account.


Return Processing 

Your return will be processed within  12-14 business days of receipt.   Please be sure the return is in like new condition with tags attached.  We will issue a store credit upon completion. You will receive an email notice when the credit has been issued.

Changes/Cancellations 
To cancel or modify your order call 1-877-884-1222 as soon as possible

or email Service@AgaveDenimOutlet.com. 

Once a product has shipped, the purchase cannot be canceled or modified until the product has been returned.  Please refer to our return policy above and return your purchase once you have received it.   

 

Out of Stock Items
While we make every effort not to be out of stock, occasionally we are out of certain items.  If we are out of stock on an item that you ordered, we will immediately notify you by phone or e-mail.  If we are out of stock of any item we will contact you to see if there is an alternative product or just cancel the item and refund the cost.
